It wants to be an outstanding learning centre within Rugby and offer high quality teaching in a caring environment. It looks for potential in all students and encourages them to strive for excellence, achieving the best possible results they are capable of, while at the same time developing a love for learning. The school’s motto is: “While we have time let us do good to all” – Galatians 6:10, and practices it's Christian values on a daily basis. It also holds weekly Christian Union meetings and has a Chaplaincy. Harris Church of England Academy offers pupils a choice of extra-curricular clubs so that they have the opportunity to develop their skills and talents and discover new interests. The academy does a lot for charity and encourages students to give back to their community both in Rugby and further afield.
