South Nottinghamshire Academy and Sixth Form is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in Nottinghamshire, serving students from the age of 11-18. The secondary school, situated in Nottingham has approximately 520 students on record. It is part of the Redhill Academy Trust.
South Nottinghamshire Academy and Sixth Form opened in 2011. Facilities include music rooms, an all weather pitch and a sports hall.

Values and vision
South Nottinghamshire Academy and Sixth Form promotes the British values of democracy, mutual respect, individual liberty, the rule of law and tolerance of other faiths and beliefs. The secondary school wants all students to have a happy and fulfilling time while in education and aims to ensure that individual needs are met and that each pupil achieves to the highest of their ability and reaches their potential in all that they do. The school follows the motto: “Pushing our boundaries to achieve more.” Students are taught to take pride in their school community and are nurtured as active and positive citizens who care about the community and their environment. South Nottinghamshire Academy and Sixth Form holds specialist status in sports and mathematics. It has been awarded a Sportsmark Gold, the Football Association Charter Standard for Schools and a Healthy Schools Gold. Students have been awarded Gold and Silver Awards in the UK mathematics challenge.

Almost all of the students go on to further education or training after the end of Key Stage 4 and a high proportion of sixth-form students goes on to university courses of their choice, or other suitable options.”
