These athletics coaching cards are used before, during, and after lesson. The cards can be used as a way of assessment with each event having a bronze, silver, gold, platinum, elite scoring system for students to test them selves against. These scores have been published by British athletics for secondary schools to compete against. The events that are included are; 100 meter/200 meter sprint, 800 meter + race, shot put throw, discuss throw, javelin throw, long jump, and triple jump. The coaching cards feature teaching points, a diagram of how to perform the technique, and an assessment criteria.
