Pascal's Triangle is a wonderful starting point for introducing or discovering lots of number patterns including the triangle numbers, the Fibonacci sequence, the doubling sequence and many more.

There are 20 pieces which need assembling to make 16 rows of the triangle with spare pieces for extra rows. Each piece needs cutting out and ideally laminating. It would make a fun activity to just piece it together! It can be printed out on A3 paper to fill a display board or on A4 paper for a smaller version. The title and questions are also included.

This is a brilliant resource, my students really enjoyed piecing it together and now it makes a great display in my classroom. As well as being good for identifying number patterns, it will also be useful to refer to during lessons.

A really great resource for pupils to explore looking for patterns and discussing their finds in groups. Looks great on the wall and is good to let pupils choose a number from the display to use in any other problems. Fun to make and if you make further spare cards of different colours, pupils' found patterns can be pattern of week which they really like.
