These cheat sheets are designed to help support students by giving them brief essay plans which they can use for both scenario and evaluation questions.
The sheets contain no explanation or detail but they give a brief essay plan that can be followed for nearly every question asked as part of A-Level Law.
This is designed for the Eduqas exam board and includes the Contract Law optional unit.
These sheets are helpful for students who are feeling overwhelmed by content and also for those who struggle to structure answers on their own. They do require students to have understanding & add their own detail.
Scenario Cheat Sheet
This contains an essay plan for each scenario question. Students can work through the plan to help support with structuring scenario questions.
Includes a model structure for Paper 1 and Paper 2 scenario questions, with each topic covered.
It is colour coded with information in black to be included in every essay, orange where one option needs to be picked and red where it would only be included when relevant.
Includes the relevant legal authorities.
Does not include any detail or explanation - it is designed to be a basic starting point. Students should use your taught lessons to help support creating a proper essay answer.
Evaluation Cheat Sheet
This contains a brief evaluation plan for every topic (that can be an evaluation question) for both Paper 1 and Paper 3
For each topic there are three paragraphs.
For each paragraph there is a point, counter-point and point, each supported with evidence/legal authority.
There is no explanation or detail, students should use your taught lessons to ensure they create a full & proper essay.
