Addiction Drugs

2 HOUR LESSON, fully-resourced PSHE lesson all about Class A Drugs - from heroin, ecstasy and crack to krokodil and DMT. The lesson investigates why these can be so harmful in both the long and short term. The pack includes a very detailed PowerPoint, 5 page drug information pack, a detailed case study of how anyone can become addicted to drugs, differentiated challenge activities, worksheets, clips and debate focus tasks. These resources have been designed to be engaging, detailed and easy to follow.

The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging, well differentiated and fun activities. The slides in the preview are just a sample and don’t show the whole lesson. It is best suited for KS4 / KS5 due to the nature of some of the video content (no swearing but a graphic drug use and self-inflicted injuries).
