Children’s knowledge of letterS is a strong predictor of their success in learning to read. Knowing letter names is strongly related to children’s ability to remember the forms of written words and their ability to treat words as sequences of letters.

This game engages the children or child to get involved. They can start by cutting out each image. This opens up conversations about what the object is, what letter it begins with. Are they confident they know the answer?
Stick each image to the letter the object starts with.
Once completed the students can colour the objects.
