A great resource to give learners at the start of any assessment task, helpful for all year levels and subjects!

Explicitly teaching students how to approach and write their assessment = great results!

The resource includes 2 presentations for students to use or be taught from. The pack also included a check list hand out.

-How to write an essay presentation (introduction, paragraphs and conclusion)
-How to write a hypothesis presentation
-Hypothesis criteria check list
-Teacher Notes

This resource has been thoroughly designed so no extra prep or specialised ability is needed! It can help form your first lesson when handing out the assessment piece.

Can be easily adapted to suit other lessons you may have already planned.

This lesson should be accessible to KS2, KS3 and GCSE students.

Would work well with my research scaffolding booklet found here https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/research-booklet-scaffolding-for-ks3-research-assignments-11067406

This was inappropriate for the purpose for which I bought it. The vocabs were too high and content too scanty for the level of my learners.
