Begin your journey into learning how to read and write Japanese by taking on the first alphabet, Hiragana. This workbook takes you through each character and modified character with hints and tips to help you build your knowledge as you go.
Practice sheets are included in each section to allow you to practice each character, refine your writing skills and try some sample words.
You will start by reading the basic Hiragana alphabet that is used to create basic Japanese words. From there you can practice the Hiragana characters to help you memorise them and to increase your Japanese handwriting skills before again writing out some sample words made up from the characters you have studied.
