This is NOT a particularly useful scheme of work. The first lesson does not contain enough material for an hour's lesson. It is rather vague and very similar to something I have taught to Year 7 students as an introduction to Drama in the Autumn term.

Brilliant. I now work in my school's drama department and panicked when I needed to create character lessons linked to Stanislavski. Thank you so much for posting this.

Secondary drama in Rwanda. I am a primary teacher doing voluntary work out in Rwanda and in a moment of weakness I agreed to do some secondary drama teaching - having never set foot in a secondary classroom before. This short scheme of work saved my teaching credibility and was great fun. Tina Spencer
