This lesson is about the story of ‘The Sneetches’ and what moral problems come up in it e.g. racism and greed. Pupils have to apply the ethical systems of Natural Moral Law, Situation Ethics and Utilitarianism to the problems and explain what each theory would say to do. Pupils will also explore racism and look at the Anthony Walker case, looking at the religious beliefs too. There are paired, independent and discussion tasks throughout this lesson.
