This resource introduces learners to the EEC (Example, Effect, Change) model of providing feedback. It gives them the words and confidence to tackle what can sometimes be difficult conversations in an effective manner. It also covers the PAC (Patience, Ask, Confirm) model for receiving feedback.

It contains four examples of how to give constructive feedback both positive and negative. There are also tables created for learners to write their own scenarios and then roleplay the interactions.

There is also a video link to a Ted Talk by Sheila Heen titled ‘How to use others’ feedback to learn and grow.’
