A set of images of food items that can be cut and laminated and placed inside pots and pans in a kitchen role play area. I've given my children plastic pretend food, rice and pasta to 'cook' with before but wanted to provide other types of food for them to engage with. I read about this idea previously but can't remember where, so decided to create a set of images myself. Images located using internet search engine. images include beans, curry, peas, sweetcorn and a fried egg.
Please note, images may need to be resized to suit the size of your pots. I'm sure others can think of a broader range of foods than me!

A PowerPoint presentation to help pupils understand portion control and costings within the Catering industry.\nThe worksheet contains information to read through and exam style questions. The worksheet also needs to have a couple of pages from the supporting textbook on Costings, but I thought this would be helpful nonetheless.
