Interview a classmate with the questions below about their eating habits and write down their answers. Foods and beverages can be in English, where needed.

Note: The questions about the three meals of the day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) will similar to what is shown in the sample below. The last part of the conversation is about the student’s favorite restaurant and food.

• A short word bank with helpful words is provided if students want to use it.

Sample:

A: ¿Qué comes tú para el desayuno generalmente?

B: Yo _________________ (comer) + ______________________

*Give 2 items

A: ¿Qué bebes tú con el desayuno generalmente?

B: Yo _________________ (beber) + __________________________(Give 1 item)

A: ¿Con quién desayunas tú generalmente? ¿ Y Dónde? (Desayunar: to have breakfast)

B: Yo ______________________ (desayunar) con _________ (person) en _________________(place)

Students can also do this practice orally as a speaking assessment. This practice can be used with chapter 3A of Realidades 1.
