This assembly is based on the fact that most people are unsuccessful with keeping to their resolutions and goes through how to set up SMART targets with real examples relevant to students.
It lasts around 15 minutes and is a great assembly for the start of the new year. It is aimed at all secondary year groups and worked well when I performed it especially when students got involved.
