NEVER spend ages writing the same comments in books over and over again! This form will literally generate comments you can stick into students books in minutes. I created and have used this for the past 2 years (out of 6 teaching) and I will always use it. My hand writing is very messy and this helps all my students especially students with dyslexia.
Simply type in your comments then select what comment you want to use for each student and it will automatically generate a grade/level and comment with a task how to improve. With this you can print and stick in less than 30mins!
