This is an E-safety assembly or lesson, which reflects on behaviour online and the impact that oversharing can have on mental wellbeing. Children can discuss social media use, consider how this can cause pressures and stress, and explore ways to find a better balance in their online and offline lives.

This resource is most suitable for upper Key Stage 2 and is fully resourced with planning and a 13-slide teaching PowerPoint (containing an independent task).
