Practice: Las fechas: Dates in Spanish

Write each date in Spanish using the following guidelines:

1. Write “el”

2. Write the date in Spanish (spell out the number)

3. Write “de”

4. Write the month in Spanish

*Students will write 31 dates broken up into three sections. In each section, the 12 months of the year will repeat. Note: In the last section, the months only go to July.

*A table with #1-31 and the 12 months of the year spelled out in Spanish is included.

*A structured template is provided to write the dates.

At the end, students will answer 4 questions by writing out the date in a complete sentence.

*Answer key is included on pages 5-8.
