Practice: Sentence completion with infinitives

Complete each sentence with a different infinitive (-ar, -er, -ir) and add 3-4 words to expand on the sentence. Do not repeat any infinitives. You can use the infinitives below in the word bank or come up with your own. Be sure that your sentence makes sense.

Verbs included in the sentences:

Tener que + infinitive: to have to do something / Ir + a + infinitive: going to do something / Necesitar: to need / Antes de: before / Después de: after / para: in order to / Hay que: one must / Querer: to want / Poder: to be able to / Preferir: to prefer

Sample:

1. Yo tengo que + _______________________ (infinitive) + ______________________ (add 3-4 words)
