Present subjunctive conjugation and sentence completion practice

Part 1: Write the present subjunctive conjugation of each infinitive. For -Go infinitives, keep the “g” in all conjugations. For stem change infinitives , do not make stem changes in the Nosotros and Vosotros conjugations.

*Students will write all 6 subjunctive conjugations for the following infinitives: hablar, comer, vivir, hacer, poner, salir, decir, traer, venir, pensar, entender, contar, volver, pedir (14 total)

Part 2: Present subjunctive sentence completion practice (No collaboration / No translators / No unauthorized resources)

Complete each sentence by using a different subject (person), a different present subjunctive verb, and then adding 3-4 words to expand on your sentence. Do NOT repeat any subjects (persons) or present subjunctive verbs. Be sure that your sentence makes sense.

*15 sentences total

Sample:

1. Yo quiero que + _________ (change of subject) + __________ (present subjunctive verb) + ______ (Rest: Add 3-4 words)

Answer key is included on page 3 for part 1 only. For part 2, student answers will vary.
