Part 1: Conjugate each infinitive in the preterit and answer the personal question in a complete sentence.

*Students will conjugate hablar, comer, and vivir for all 6 subjects and answer one personal question with each infinitive. Note: All personal questions are in the tú conjugation.

*Note: -ar, -er, -ir preterit verb endings are provided.

Part 2: Spelling change infinitives(-CAR, -GAR, -ZAR): Write the preterit Yo conjugation of each infinitive with the appropriate spelling change. (6 total)

Answer each question in a complete sentence in Spanish in the preterit. (3 total)

*Students will answer one question with buscar, jugar, and almorzar. Note: All personal questions are in the tú conjugation.

Part 3: Irregular infinitives: Write the correct conjugation using the word bank.

*Students will write all 6 conjugations of hacer, ir / ser (combined), dar, and ver.

Part 4: Answer each question in a complete sentence in Spanish in the preterit.

Students will answer one question with hacer, ir, dar, and ver. Note: All personal questions are in the tú conjugation.

Part 5: Clue words matching practice: Write the correct letter of the translation. (20 total)

Example: Ayer, Anoche etc.

Answer key is included on pages 5-7 for the conjugations and clue words matching only. For personal questions, student answers will vary.
