E.g. Name one thing you learnt today. Name one thing you learnt today & explain how. Name one thing you learnt today and explain how you know you understand it.

I use them at the end of my lessons. It saves chatting, I can just hand them out and say red, green or blue to my students. RED= easy, BLUE = medium, GREEN = hardest.
