Stem change verbs present tense conjugation and sentence practice

Write the correct present tense conjugation of each stem change infinitive with the appropriate stem change, where needed. NOTE: There is NO stem change in Nosotros and Vosotros conjugations.

Students will write all 6 conjugations for the following infinitives:

E-IE: Empezar, Pensar, Querer, Entender, Preferir, Mentir

O-UE: Almorzar, Contar, Poder, Volver, Dormir, Morir

U-UE: Jugar

E-I: Pedir, Servir, Repetir

Note: A table with present tense -ar, -er, -ir verb endings is included. A structured template is provided to write the answers.

*Students will choose any 9 infinitives from the list above and write 9 original sentences with the guidelines provided.

*A structured template is provided to write the answers.

Answer key is included on pages 9-14 for the conjugations only. For sentences, student answers will vary.
