Study Habits Inventory & Analysis - Reflective Learning Activity
Do your middle or high school students need some help better understanding their own study habits? (We all know the answer to that question!) This resource is designed to help students evaluate and analyze their study habits, learning style, engagement level, and distractibility. It will encourage a rich discussion that will result in possible solutions to common issues related to one's study habits.

This 3-page Word document includes the following:

- 30 questions related to a student's personal study habits, to be answered by highlighting an option among 'hardly ever,' 'sometimes,' 'usually,' and 'most always.'

- 3 reflective writing prompts designed to have students explain and analyze their personal study habits, challenges in the process of studying, approach to learning in the classroom, and engagement with course materials (with an emphasis on SQ3R) in paragraph form.

- A "Study Distractions Analysis" worksheet featuring 12 true-or-false questions about the three most common places where individual students study.
