Subjunctive regular verbs practice

This is a worksheet to practice the conjugations of regular -ar, -er, -ir verbs in the present subjunctive and write original sentences.

This practice can be used as students are being introduced to the present subjunctive.

For each verb type, follow these guidelines:

1. Write the correct letter of the verb ending to match the subject.

2. Conjugate each verb for all 6 persons in the present subjunctive.

3. Complete each sentence by conjugating the verb in parenthesis in the present subjunctive and add 4-5 words to expand on the sentence. Your sentences must make sense.

Verbs included:

-AR: hablar, cantar, ayudar

-ER: correr, aprender, vender

-IR: recibir, vivir, escribir

Students will conjugate 9 verbs and write 9 sentences with those verbs.
