This resource is a 34 key word definitions match-up task covering the key areas of the new specification in relation to technology in sport. The keyword definitions activity is a print and cut for match-up task that can be used as a starter or revision aid.

Key areas include:

• Sports analytics
• Data collection - quantitative and qualitative, objective and subjective, validity and reliability
• Video and analysis programmes - Dartfish and Prozone
• GPS and motion-tracking software and hardware
• Testing and recording equipment - the metabolic cart for indirect calorimetry
• Data integrity
