This resource is ideal for wet weather lesson - I have an iPad or laptop shared between 15-20 students. The device can be downloaded on the device and accessed as a pdf when you have wifi connection. Students simply work through the tasks and click on the links if they don't know how to complete the exercise - each is linked to high quality instructional videos.
I also use this as an individual teaching aid when teaching fitness or circuits. Students love the interactivity... and they can download it onto their device ( I usually e-mail it to them).
Extension tasks including using their favourite sport, sports star etc. Great links to literacy/numeracy throughout.
The pdf is fillable so the student can complete the task on their device - no need to have pens in the classroom causing health and safety concerns.
