In line with the new 2014 primary numeracy curriculum. I have created a whole school tracking system for multiplication. Each table has a test, which is timed. The system has milestones 1,2,3 and 4 for the children to achieve. The milestones are designed to link to year groups 1-4 progression. The whole school tracker splits children into cohorts making it easy to track every child's rapid recall in school. Teachers just add the date they have passed the test to the tracker and turn the cell green. Certificates are included for children who achieve a new milestone.
