Year 9 Spanish lesson pack on technology (la tecnología) — smartphones, the internet, social media, and how teenagers use tech in everyday life. Ready-to-use worksheet that can be set as an independent lesson, a homework task, or high-quality cover work when you are out of the classroom.

Pupils move through a scaffolded sequence of activities: vocabulary building, reading comprehension, translation practice, and short writing tasks where they describe their own tech habits in Spanish. Grammar focus includes present tense verbs, opinion phrases, frequency adverbs, and useful connectives to develop longer answers.

The full-page format means pupils have one clear document to work through, with enough variety to keep them engaged for a whole lesson. Clear instructions throughout make it ideal for non-specialist teachers, supply staff or TAs. Pupils work independently and leave with a page of written evidence covering multiple skills.

Differentiation is built in — early tasks secure core vocabulary, later tasks stretch confident learners into producing opinions with justifications.

Perfect for KS3 Spanish (Years 7-9) or strong transition groups. Fully editable Word document so you can tweak content, adjust difficulty, or re-purpose for different classes.

Pairs with the other Year 9 Spanish resources in my shop for a full unit on technology and teen life.
