A PowerPoint presentation which covers the key elements for Section B of the Paper 2 examination. Students have a number of timed activities to encourage a speedy response. Covers a variety of different techniques and possible topics/questions.

This is the final part of a 5 week unit of work preparing students for their AQA Paper 1 English Language exam. A PowerPoint guiding teachers (and students) through all the activities is included. In this week students are introduced to the skills required for the Narrative Writing question and given planning and preparation materials for writing a story about a case of Mistaken Identity. There is also a Skills Booklet using an extract from ‘The Shrunken Man’ to recap on all the Paper 1 skills. In this series of lessons students read a range of his stories and many of the tasks are linked to revising key skills that will be used in their Language exams. Included here are the Week 5 lessons.
