A set of five Grammar Tests for English Language A Level using real texts to ask students to label word class, parts of speech and voice building up to exploring how language is used to create representation. These are great for starters, consolidation tasks and revision. The dates of the texts range from 1553 to 2019 and are a mixture of modes and genres to reflect the range of texts in the AQA exam. The tests are aproximately 6 questions long each and ask them to apply their grammatical knowledge to real life texts and extracts.

Assembly covers - explanation of staying safe on the internet Exploring: Personal Information Strangers Passwords and Privacy Scams and Phishing There is also the case study of the murder of Breck Bednar - with the option to play 3 minute video or reading a text version of events if the video isn’t appropriate (one swear word and upsetting content).
