I have over ten year's of teaching experience and have worked at both mainstream schools and specialist provisions. I have held the position of 2ic, HOD & Lead Practice of English. Currently, I am the Deputy SENDCO working at a mainstream with a diverse cohort. Prior to this, I worked at several Harris Academies before moving into Special Education. Curriculum design is my passion. My job is to redesign school curriculums so they are engaging, taught from he top down but adapted and inclusive.
