Eduqas Crime Drama scheme GCSE

This is the crime drama scheme I use and have had excellent results. These are lesson packets in the style of ‘Teach like a Champion’. They are good to go. Time the tasks for the students and circulate. These are great for a whole bunch of reasons e.g. you can see if the students are looking at the right page, you can see quickly if they have completed the tasks, they can use pencils and correct their answers, if students aren’t in put this in their folder and you’ll see when they are complete easily. Adapt and change elements if necessary.

'A Christmas Carol' scheme of work (GCSE)

(1)
A scheme of work for Dickens ‘A Christmas Carol’ for GCSE or equivalent level students. These are lesson packets in the style of ‘Teach like a Champion’. Mix up the work with paired, group and individual work. All the stuff you need is on the sheets, just time the students and circulate so you can pick up any misconceptions. Get students to write these in pencil so they can correct mistakes as they go. These can also be used as revision. These are what I use and I’ve had excellent results. Give yourself and the students a break from powerpoints. Keep up the great work.

'An Inspector Calls' scheme of work (GCSE)

Lesson packets to guide students through the class to prepare them for their GCSE. This scheme allows the teacher to work through the lesson and time the tasks for the students, mixing it up with paired work and individual work. These are based on the ideas in the ‘Teach like a Champion’ book and I only use these in my lessons now. They are so incredibly handy. Students can add these sheets to their folders and you can see exactly who has missed a lesson and what students have missed in the lesson. Keep circulating and keep helping. Give your students and yourself a break from powerpoints! You’re awesome and doing a great job.
