KS lesson. Charging up

A resource designed to make students think about what the exam question is asking. These were used with GCSE students, as a homework, who know the content but struggle with how to answer questions specific to the mark scheme. After the students have attempted the questions, the mark scheme is shared with students review their learning.

PPT and resources to encourage literacy and exam practice (could then be peer assessed) students gather their own information on different waves for communication then explain the advantages and disadvantages of sky / virgin media.

Lesson was rated as “good or better” by SLT. It uses the video from the banned Christmas advert Iceland as a “hook” for students.
