This lesson explores the concept of a supporting practice and how it helps to reduce the risk of abuse and neglect in individuals. It contains a starter activity where individuals explore and emphasise with service users and then go on to explore how health and social care professionals would apply aspects of the humanistic approach by Carl Rodgers. This can be used for other L3 health and social care courses - Cache or Access.
