I used to be an educator in FE, I then transitioned into Secondary as my strengths were able to cater for pupils 11-16 also. I recognise & respect different perspectives; I am open to the ideas & views of others. I believe that excellence is about stepping outside the comfort zone, training with a spirit of endeavour, and accepting the inevitability of trials and tribulations. My aim is to ensure that all students, regardless of their background and experiences, that they all blossom into well rounded individuals to make positive contributions to our society.
