A great little exercise to help strengthen children’s vocab for 11+ exams or SATs.

Each week we will add a new set of resources that can help schools, teachers and parents develop the key skills needed for Year 3, 4, 5, 6, 11+ and SATs papers. This is Week One’s Key Word Sheet for Years 4-6. It will help them to develop vocabulary and word skills.

This is the first week’s set of practice questions to go with the other Week One resources. It can be used on it’s own to practice Maths for ages 7-11.

Use this fill in the blanks activity to build children’s confidence in spotting mistakes in words. There is also a useful matching activity which will enable children to work on antonyms, synonyms and odd one out skills.

This is a quick 10 minute test with 10 questions on Verbal Reasoning with an attached sheet for the child to mark their answers on. It is easily editable.

This is a Vocab task for Week One - it can be used by Years 3-6 and it includes two different activities on it.

This is a set of Maths questions designed to build upon a set of developing skills as the weeks go on. There is an included answer sheet.

This is a 10 minute 11+ Mini Mock. It has 10 NVR questions and a marking sheet.

This is the second week’s set of vocabulary building upon the first week’s worth. It is great for SATS, 11+ or just to develop a strong vocabulary and WOW words.

This is the third sheet in our Vocab series. These vocab sheets are great for building confidence in word meanings and spellings. Great for 11+ and SATs.
