A student work booklet comprising 32 pages of questions and activities covering all 7 key questions. The booklet focuses on the key knowledge needed to pass the exam and covers the entire specification. When printed the booklet is ready for students to fill in and use as a revision tool.

I originally made this as a guide for new students who came into the school part way through the course. Now all students complete it when we are doing the USA topic.
It is 83 pages long, includes tasks, exam practice, second order concept skills practice and key word opportunities. It covers the entire USA topic and has tasks related to every section like comprehension exercises, filling in a table, case studies, diamond 9 and designing an advert for a Jazz speakeasy. Every exam question on the paper is planned and practiced with mark schemes and room for student improvements. It can be used hand in hand with the free book resource from Eduqas on their website. PowerPoint presentation which focuses on differing interpretations as to whether Henry VIII was prepared for Kingship when his father died. Includes tasks and a student answer booklet.
King and Queen tests are a great way of embedding key factual knowledge by giving students weekly fact tests to test their factual knowledge. These king and queen resources include a slide of questions and then the answer slide for each test. They can be used as a starter or plenary. After a test you can write down or use a picture of the name of the king or queen for the week on the sheet provided. I stick students photos up on a laminated version of the attached and change them weekly depending on the top scores. There are 14 King & Queen tests included in this pack covering the whole unit as well as a classroom display sheet for the weekly winner(s). There is also a test record sheet using Excel which calculates the weekly average for the student and the class after every test.
This resource tries to help students understand the different political parties in Germany during the Weimar Republic and whether they are left or right wing. It includes detailed information and activities.
