With over 8 years of experience supporting individuals’ physical and emotional health, I specialise in emotional intelligence, self-awareness, boundary-setting, and resilience-building. I hold a postgraduate qualification in Life Coaching and Leadership (ICF accredited) and bring a trauma-informed, holistic approach to my work. Having grown up in a pastoral environment, I’ve been supporting people from a young age and carry a strong belief in every individual’s potential to grow, heal, and thrive. I am now committed to bringing this heart and skill set into a school setting, helping young people feel seen, supported, and equipped for life.
