During this lesson students have to carry out an investigation to find out which rock would be the most suitable to be used as a headstone. There is a 'peep' sheet included which can be used to be used to support lower ability students. A lesson plan is also included. This lesson was observed and graded as outstanding. There are differentiated planning sheets, a starter activity and think, pair, share mat included.

Attached is a set of 6 mark questions that cover the year 7 and 8 science topics. I have developed these questions for KS3 so that students can practise their literacy skills and get use to answering 6 mark questions before embarking onto the GCSE course. The questions can also be used as a main assessment for a topic.

This is a workbook I designed to cover the topic States of Matter. It covers the content required by the new curriculum. There are exam questions in the booklet that students can answer independently using the information given. I had usd phonics for any difficult words to pronounce.

I have produced a series of 'Golden Question' - all the questions have been taken from past exam papers and are common questions that appear on an exam paper year after year. They are good as a revision tool for pupils and good as a booster for those pupils who are short of a few marks.
