STEM Water Drop Race: A Science and Engineering Challenge. This science and engineering challenge will challenge students about water tension. Students will conduct science experiments to introduce themselves to the concept of water tension and how water can move on different surfaces. Recording sheets are provided for students to write their observations and conclusions on. For the advanced students extension questions are provided to extend their knowledge. Also included is a technology challenge in building their own Water Drop Racetrack. This pack contains everything you need (except straws, paper etc). All you need to do is print it off and you are up and running. It can be used as either a group activity or individual. I usually do it as a group as then you can allocate members various roles within the group. Included are instructions, templates and extension question sheet. This 100 page PDF contains 100 positive words for your class on A4 bunting with the England flag in the back ground. This bunting is very effective in bring out the class patriotism and in-turn your class relationships. I haven't done, but could be used for Brexit discussions. I have made a flap on top of the bunting so that it can fold over and be double sided. I have found that it lasts longer like this. once cut and folded over either feed string through the hole or use a whole punch at top on the left and right. Feed the string through these holes (this is how I do it). I also place sellotape on the back to support it even more. One year I cut the top flaps off and laminated. Enjoy

The games can run on computers, whiteboards or projectors. All that is required is that you print, cut and laminate the Boards and press start on the PowerPoint Show. There are 30 different Boards for your students to choose from and with the shuffling ability of the game, every game is different so that your students do not get bored of it. This game is self timed with a 10 second interval between the questions giving the students enough time to mark off or put a counter on their Board. Enjoy.
