Reading records are a good way to assess how much reading a child has done. This can be either at home, school or in reading groups. However, its not just about a child reading for a certain amount of minutes, it’s also about their understanding (comprehension) of what they have read. Some students find it very easy to skim read or are able to decode words with ease but when it comes to the actual understanding of the text or book they have read it can sometimes seem as if they haven’t read it at all. How-to-use I’ve created the same poster twice but in two different shades. The colors/shades may vary depending on the paper, ink and printer you are using. The poster will print on automatic letter size paper. You can change this in your printer setting to print on A3. Making the poster ideal for wall displays. The anchor charts will print 4 to one letter size page. Available in both color options. Simply select the page number you wish to print and enter the required amount.
