I started my education/classroom career off as a TA for 6 years in an SEBD school for Primary and Secondary students and then moved over to a HLTA working at an all boys SEBD school. I decided I wanted to become a teacher so did my training at a mix comprehensive school which is where I completed my training and my NQT year. I teach mostly bottom sets with all my lesson focus on SEN/PP/LAC etc.
