This fantastic resource will not leave you disappointed. It has all bases covered and will enable pupils to gain a contextual understanding of the poem and transfer meaningful language/form/structure annotations to their own versions of the poem. This also has a reflective picture slideshow of The Troubles, with accompanying music, which always goes down well with my pupils. These lessons are based on the GCSE Edexcel Literature 9-1, but would be useful for any level of study of the poem.

This also has a creative task included (given that it is a shorter poem). These lessons are based on the GCSE Edexcel Literature 9-1, but would be useful for any level of study of the poem.
