It refers to the famous reading method "LES ALPHAS" in which each letter of the alphabet is a character. Eg A- Monsieur A, B- La botte, etc.
Here, you will find a huge rocket (F- la fusée)
with a list of classroom duties.
There is also "Petit Malin" from the story LES ALPHAS.
You can then add the picture of your pupils on the circle replacing "Petit Malin"'s face and put them on a peg. This way, the pupils become super-hero like "Petit Malin"!
Move the pegs around as you set the classroom duties to your pupils.
