Students often find it difficult to make meaningful comments about the impact of structural features in the Edexcel conflict poems. This revision knowledge organiser collates insightful comments that students can make about the impact of structural methods in each of the 15 poems. My most popular resource on Edexcel conflict poetry, which puts together all my resources into one booklet, is available here: https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/edexcel-conflict-poetry-revision-booklet-12955594

A detailed lesson and revision resource asking students to explore multiple interpretations of the main characters and themes in the play. Students explore and examine 3 symbolic interpretations of each character or theme and discuss which is the most valid interpretation of the text. Exploring multiple interpretations is a method for enabling students to reach Bands 5 and 6 on the markscheme. Ideal as a final revision lesson in the run up to the exam.
