I taught in the classroom for over 12 years, primarily focusing on early literacy. Those years gave me firsthand experiences with the joys and challenges of helping students grow as readers and writers. Now, as an instructional coach, I have the privilege of supporting teachers by sharing strategies, modeling lessons, and providing resources that make instruction more effective and engaging.
