Hi teaching community! I am Shelby and I am Head of KS3 English, Literacy Coordinator and English teacher at a CofE secondary school in Richmond, London. I am a private tutor on the side too. I have been working in secondary schools for the past eight years. I hold a PGCE and MSc in Teaching and Learning from the University of Oxford and I have taught in schools across Birmingham, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Sutton, and now Richmond. I am really passionate about fostering a love for reading, enhancing oracy skills, and promoting vocabulary development.
