Aimed at year 3 these flipcharts include starters, tasks and plenaries for the book Mouse Bird Snake Wolf by David Almond. Includes LO and Success Criteria as well! Three weeks worth! Children were very engaged and loved the lessons.
Based on the text Pebble in my pocket: A History of our Earth by Meredith Hooper. This presentation and the resources are a good start if you are reading this book in English.
Note: Credit to the power of reading plan which I have adapted and changed to suit my year 3 class.

A unit on Digital phototgraphy - The children really enjoyed it! If you have the resources then you can spend longer taking photos - zooming in and using filters on the equipment BEFORE uploading the image.
Each lesson has starters and LI/SC
Students learn to create Memes, digitally alter images using Paint and also Word.
There is an assessment lesson for AFL
This was taught to Year 4, however can be easily tweaked to other KS2 year groups!
I have taken all of the statutary spellings for years 3 and 4 from the new curriculum and then add some other words all from looking at the rules.
This is for middle abilty more than any others!

The children really loved writing this, some very creative pieces were written.
Could be taught over 3 or more days.
By the end of the week, the children will make up a ‘tall tale’ to apologise for something.

Using inverse to solve problems. This is a lesson where children are “Thinking of a number” and they have to find the answer using inverse )all 4 operations. Is targeted to year 3 however can be adapted to year 4.

I really struggled to get something on the Internet that I could just pick up and use to teach Excel in Primary School!

A planning lesson followed by an extended writing lesson. Children are learning this in History so an excellent cross curricular opportunity. Resources include notebook, plan and a WAGOLL (What a good one looks like). Edit plan to reflect children ideas and provide support
