WAGOLL - A Roman poem using the 5 senses Success Criteria - Differentiated 3 ways and gets progressively harder. Planning for the poem LA/EAL writing frame.

You will be buying: A Smart Notebook - First 8 slides are SPAG - figurative language A WAGOLL which ticks off the SC. 2 differentiated planning sheets (one for LA/EAL) Success criteria - progressive and differentiated 3 ways. A collection of word mats to help up-level writing.

A unit on Digital phototgraphy - The children really enjoyed it! If you have the resources then you can spend longer taking photos - zooming in and using filters on the equipment BEFORE uploading the image. Each lesson has starters and LI/SC Students learn to create Memes, digitally alter images using Paint and also Word. There is an assessment lesson for AFL This was taught to Year 4, however can be easily tweaked to other KS2 year groups!

I really struggled to get something on the Internet that I could just pick up and use to teach Excel in Primary School! So this is a well differentiated, comprehensive set of lessons (With LO/Success Criterias and starters) for potentially a whole term where the children learn Lesson 1 - Intro to Formulas in Excel Lesson 2 and 3 - How to use Formulae (I got the worksheet from TES). Children make a calculator 'app’ Lesson 4 - Recording your shopping in a spreadsheet Lesson 5-6 - Party Plan with a budget Lesson 7 - Present data using Excel Also a bonus set of lessons where chn research Enviornmental issues and record this information using a research document and THEN present it in any way they want!
